Race starts and ends under the Reno arch which is great for ample parking and extra bathrooms in the casino’s. First mile is along the river walk which is pretty, then through some neighborhoods out to a nice man made lake and back. A couple of small hills, but overall pretty flat. Not much of an after party, but you can walk around downtown after.

Only one time per year you can be a pedestrian on this bridge. Very cool, four mile stretch on the bridge. Everything was very organized except the gear check. That needs to be worked on, but metals were great and as soon as you cross the finish line they had a print out of your results ready. Not much for an after party but there is lots to do in town.

Mostly flat course that runs near the river with pretty scenery. Plenty of aid stations. Had live music and a beer at the end but not much else. Nice metals, but they were the same for all distances. No free swag except a small drawstring bag if you did the half.

Great scenery from start to finish since most of the race runs along the river or through pretty wooded areas. Quite a few hills and even a set of steps along the way, so be prepared for that! It was well organized, everyone was very nice and it ran quite smooth. There was a good line up of food at the end and they had beer to purchase. I would definitely recommend this race! The only part that was missing was any sort of expo, I would have loved to see some merchandise for sale either before or after the race.

Run through the tunnel, cannery row then the rest is mostly beach (besides a quick turn into Pacific Grove). This is a great race with a few small hills. Wonderful to run along the ocean. Good beer at the end and nice metals. All the volunteers are great and seemed organized. Not a huge after party but was still fun.

This was a very flat course with only one tiny hill ( freeway overpass actually). I was pleasantly suprised with the scenery! This was also one of the most organized races I have been to & the volunteers were very helpful.
