This race was very well put together. The location was a wedding venue that was beautiful. The race is on the Longleaf Trace, which is completely paved, but somewhat narrow. The majority of it is flat with the exception of the last tenth of a mile that is uphill. The festival afterwards has a huge selection of food and drinks, all free. The medal is also the biggest one I’ve ever seen. Great event for a great cause!

I really enjoyed this race and everything it supports. The course was on a running path, however, the day of the race it was really humid and hot! The swag for the race was really good and the medal was AMAZING!! the after party/food was good, several options to choose from. I plan on running this race every year as long as I’m living in Mississippi because of the cause it supports.

Aid stations had cakes and sweets not conducive to the type nutrition needed on such a ride. (no fruit) They also ran out of food at the finish. 2022 they cut off registration 2 month prior to the event but continued to advertise and solicit entrants but would not allow them to register. They also denied that they were advertising the event even though I saw and heard ads daily on TV & Radio right up to the day of the event.

I wore my race shirt to run in and it’s an often wear in my closet now. My favorite part was the finish line party! Lots of food and beverages! #ItsMillerTime

I did the 62mi course of the inaugural F2F ride. Everything went as planned with no hiccups or interruptions. The course was well thought out. Challenging but not over the top. We felt safe the entire time as the RD had police escorts where needed. Fueling stations were plentiful and strategically placed. This was a great event to participate in with friends, including the after-party. Our table of friends stayed for a couple of hours!! They had to make us leave! Will definitely include this race into our calendar every year.

For an inaugural event, this ride/run was executed flawlessly! The scenery along the course was beautiful. The food, beverage and live entertainment were all amazing, and the race design was on point! I wear my F2F t-shirt almost weekly, the medal is a favorite of mine, and even though I am a runner, not a rider, the cyclists’ jerseys were so awesome that I wanted to buy one for myself!

Top notch running course. Volunteers at each mile maker. Mystery distance was so fun to participate in…the distance was announced race morning With the length of run being the age of the non-profit. Comedians and army Sargents pushing you forward. Great food and drink at the finish line after party! Mechanical Bull and axe throwing too! The barn and country roads were picturesque!

There were many choices: Runners- 5k, 10k, Mystery distance (12k) Cyclists- 34 or 62 miles. I chose the 34 mile and it was perfect for me and my two close friends. It was a beautiful Spring day. The hills were challenging but totally do-able! The food, cocktails, swag, and music were magnificent. Rhonda and Martha, race organizers, are the best of the best.

Everyone has their own reason to choose specific races and to return year after year. It might the great cause, the awesome swag, the after party or the cool shirts. This race gives you ALL those bests and more rolled into one race on a mostly flat, totally safe course literally built for runners complete with unique entertainment and gourmet food! Win-Win!!

As a bonus, you get to choose running or riding and choose your preferred distance. Farm to Fork is absolutely the “must do” race of the year!!!!

I can honestly say this race tops all other races. It is tailored for all types of runners but if you are looking for a race to PR in this would be the one. All distances are on a paved straight down and back FLAT course shaded by trees. If you are just wanting to run and have fun…then get ready for culinary bites prepared by local chefs along the running course, University of Mississippi pep band playing , local comedians heckling the runners, and a whole lot of other surprises. But the fun real starts at the finish line party… cocktails, beer garden, roasted pig, birthday cake, ice cream, fruit, roasted peanuts, and the list goes on and on (axe throwing, mechanic bull riding, live music) and everything at the party is FREE for racers.
Be back next year and bringing friends. Don’t wait to register, the race sold out 45 days before race day this year!!!

I did the 34 mile bike ride. All rest stops were slam packed with different foods from local chefs. This distance had a few big hills but seemed like mostly downhill. This event is definitely a must-do. Swag is awesome. The culinary varieties tickled my palette with plenty of food and beer. Don’t hesitate. Sign up if you get a chance and come take a picture with me. The directors of this race actually run and know how to put on a damn good race. You won’t be disappointed and all your friends will be jealous.
