Nice technical dri-fit shirt with a football design. The race started on the stadium field. Nice flat course. Ran past the entrance to the Fall of Fame around mile 4. Ran through downtown Canton, the streets were empty at 8AM. The police were nice to be at every intersection to stop traffic. The only hiccup was the medal was not as advertised. The race director said they will send the correct medal out in about 10 days.

It was entirely on a paved / hard packed trail. The medal was cool. I think every distance got the same medal. You do not run into town. The race is strictly on the trail.

This is 26.2 miles of packed trail. You have a couple options to get to the start. The train option was very nice. For the run, it is very flat and all on a packed gravel trail. Not much in terms of spectators, except for mile 12. Awesome medal though!

The race starts right out side the stadium. Plenty of bathrooms and area to warm up. The first half of the race is through Scranton and then about 4 miles on a paved trail. There is a short half mile stretch of unpaved course through the woods. The T-shirt was awesome. It is a long sleeve tech shirt that is seafoam color. Favorite t-shirt out of any race.

Would do this run again. It was well organized, great course, and a nice two-sided finisher medal. It rained the entire race but it was fun!!

Received a cotton t-shirt before the race and a finisher medal for completing. The run is two laps around a paved trail. Parking is right next to the start / finish.

Nice, well-organized run through Tyler State Park. It is mostly a paved path through the park. There are actual bathrooms at the start / finish area, not port-o-johns. Not much in the way of swag (no t-shirt or medal). Did get a scarf.

Did this run as part of the Freedom Challenge where you also run the half and full marathons. Took my time to not burn out the legs and enjoy the city. Starts and ends by the museum. The course takes you through center city and then both sides of the river, by boat house row.

Parking garage was right next to the start line, which was nice to stay warm for a little bit longer before the stat. Race was mostly on paved trail. Finished in Easton and had to take the shuttle back to the garage. Nice medal and race shirt.

Indoor bathrooms at the start!! Able to go inside and stretch. Awesome backdrop at the start / finish with Bethlehem Steel in the background. Ran all three races over the weekend and the medals connected to form one cool medal.

This half marathon is on the top of my favorites list. What an awesome event! The race starts through the beach neighborhood, over & back on a steep bridge, run on the boardwalk, through another neighborhood, and then finish on the boardwalk. Nice medal and race t-shirt.

Parking very close to the start / finish. Not a lot of hills. The course was mostly flat along a paved trail overlooking the river. It was a little humid during the race but posted a decent time. Post race party was nice.

Lots of hills!!!! Big hills!! Nice run otherwise. The race starts through a campground, then through a battlefield. DOWN a big hill and through the streets of Harpers Ferry (big incline). Once you hit the midway point, turnaround and come back so another downhill followed by a BIG incline. THe legs are burning after this race! Wood medal from a local craftsman.

Awesome finisher medal shaped like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Started at Hershey Stadium, ran through the amusement park, and then the rolling hills of central Pennsylvania. All-in-all a solid run and would do it again.

This race is not for ones that like flat and fast. It is mostly on paved trail through the park. There are hills upon hills, with one I’ll call the stairway to heaven because that’s how high it feels like you climb. Decent finisher medal.

The finish to the race is about a 2/3 lap around the local high school football stadium track, so the spectators have a good view of the finish. Always have received a nice medal from this event.

10 miles of flat road. Start a few miles above City Hall and finish at the Navy Yard. The only turns are around City Hall. Other than that, it is straight and very flat. Crowded at the start for restrooms.

Best full marathon experience. Will do this run again. The staging area was at the Pentagon and the pre-race activities really fired you up. There were flyovers, parachuters, and awesome music. The run itself was around the DC area so you get to see the nation’s capital. Very humbling experience at the finish where a marine puts the medal around your neck. Will do this run again in a heartbeat.

Nice 5k run at night with Christmas lights everywhere. Did this run at my wife’s pace. She loved it. Of course, running at night around the holiday made this run a little bit on the chilly side.

This is a very nice run around the Virginia Beach area, with a finish right on the boardwalk. The afterparty is on the beach!! Nice medal and t-shirt. The expo is one of the best, held at the convention center. The only drawback to this race is the time of year. Labor day weekend makes this run hot and humid.

A very challenging course through Acadia national park. Lot of hills along the way. Was even warning during the pre-race speech no to go out too fast. Beautiful run, probably the most beautiful full marathon I’ve completed. The finisher medal isn’t anything to write home about.

Get bused 26.2 miles north to run a downhill 26.2 miles into downtown Scranton. Very quick course. Start at a local school and then there is a steep downhill within the first mile. The finisher medal is very small and bland.
