The weather was absolutely perfect on this September day! Great farm-land running. Everyone was encouraging and helpful. You’re running through active farms so we saw tractors and a dairy truck that blocked the course at one point, but it was easy enough to run around. Plenty of water/aid stations. The meal after was great and the entire town is so much fun to visit. Highly reccomend!

This was my 2nd time doing the Peachtree. It was sooo crowded it wasn’t enjoyable. I can normally do a 10K in around 52 minutes, less if I’m really feeling it. It was so hard to get pace and rhythm with the crowd that this took me 56 and that was with me near sprinting near the end. That said, the race is organized really well and there’s TONS of on-track crowd support. I’d recommend it for the experience, but not for the semi-competitive runner trying for time.

My 2nd every marathon. I thought the up-front communication was top notch, all the instructions were easy to follow. The bus ride to the starting line definitely felt longer than 26 miles haha, but nothing too bad. The course is mostly flat and I enjoyed that there were pockets of locals here and there rather than just two or three major cheering sections. Lots of local support, some with their own refreshment stations. The medal is beautiful. The swag bag was almost all local coupons and I didn’t use any of them as I had to head out soon after the race was over. All in all I really enjoyed and would highly recommend it.
