I had a great experience at this race. The elevation was tough but after a while I settled into a nice easy breathing pattern. I come from lowland so this was a bit tough. Once again Vacation Races picked a wonderful park to run and explore after the race.

This race is so easy to get to and it is well supported with cheering crowds. I would recommend this race to all. There is after race goodies for everyone with a party atmosphere. The race takes place downtown Davis. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance for after race celebrations. Oh and the race bling is awesome.

The race was very well supported with beautiful scenery the whole course. There were some difficult areas along the course when was difficult to navigate so many people were walking but love it overall. I would definitely recommend this race.

I drove out in my small RV with my girlfriend and daughter. We had a blast with fantastic weather all the way including during the race. The race is well organized with amazing scenery. The medals are the cream of the crop. My most prized medals. I would highly recommend this race because of the course and scenery. The mountains along the course were breathtaking.

This race can have great weather one year and raining the next, but that doesn’t stop the fun with this race. I love the setting at the ballpark and racing through downtown Sacramento. As the race continues to run through the trails along the river the scenery is so pretty you hate for it to end but you race right to the finish line at home plate at the River Cats stadium. Fun Fun!
