Parkinson’s disease impacts every aspect of someone’s life and is about much more than medicine. To achieve the best quality of life, people need to be engaged in exercise, be engaged in mindful activities, engaged with each other and their community…and having fun! Join us for the Walk the Fight & Run the Distance for the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center. The Walk/Run helps those with Parkinson’s and their families connect with others living with the disease, support for carepartners and empower people with PD, carepartners and family members to achieve better quality of life.
Thank you to all those who participated and supported the 13th Annual Walk the Fight & Run the Distance, we reached our goal of $120,000 to support the Community Outreach and Wellness Programs offered through the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center @ Barrow Neurological Institute as well as raise awareness about Parkinson’s disease for those living in Arizona.
