Stockholm Half Marathon is an afternoon race which starts at the royal palace. Beautiful course with a few uphill parts. Super atmosphere. Super organization and the coffee in the finish area is the best! I love Stockholm Half Marathon!!!

About 18,000 people run the halfmarathon in Swedens capital. Total elevation gain is about 80-100m – a big loop that starts near the opera and the royal palace and finishes there. Very easy race paket pick up and smooth race day organisation. Plenty of water stops and coffee and cinnamon rolls (kanel bulla) in the end as well as a pack with rehydration and bars. About 60 Euros. I was pacing for friends. There were plenty people of people along the streets but I thought the athosphere would be a little more cheerful. Nonetheless worth a trip and I d participate again…
