Lavish pancake breakfast afterwards including in your entry, sponsored by a local restaurant. Great for the kids too with multiple youth events. Great family atmosphere not surprising since this event benefits a local k-8 public school.

This race encourages runners of all ages to ‘run like its recess’ on a 5k course in El Dorado Park. The proceeds benefit a local school where they work on programs to encourage a physically active lifestyle for the kids in the school, good habits that will hopefully last a lifetime. The course is fast and flat through a scenic park and the race is supported by several local running clubs and schools.
