Oh, what a surprise! Potsdam Half Marathon is such a beautiful race. Shuttle busses take runners from Hauptbahnhof to the start. It´s perfectly organized. You can get your race package in the morning before the start so that you can easily go to Potsdam from Berlin in the morning. There is a nice expo with good offers and everything is easy going. The course is breathtaking beautiful with the highlight of running through the park of Sanssouci passing by the new palais. The finish is in the stadium and there is a nice barbacue going on after the race. I can highly recommend that beautiful half marathon! One advise: fast runners should really start in the front as it gets narrow at the beginning!
