This race chewed me up. I arrived late, got lost, added 2 miles on my run, and still finished. Gaining 4,000′ in elevation is a bit much. The first few miles are through the town so the big gain is all in the last 9 miles or so. I am going to do this again and start on time this year. And I like that you do not get your shirt until you reach the top. I will have two shirts!
