This was my first time being involved with this race. I wasn’t the captain, so I can’t speak for how well they notified you of any changes or if there were any issues with the whole process, etc. However, as a member of the relay, I feel like Pink Gorilla did a good job. My legs of the race where hilly!! They did give a pretty good description of what each leg is like. Basically to get from the different exchange points, you follow the line of vans. Volunteers did a good job helping out, telling you where to go. My complaint is that they did mess up on our shirts (why white shirts? A fun color would have been nice). Didn’t give us the right sizes we selected. We were lucky, and were able to switch with some other fellow racers. The race is fun, but it makes for a VERY long day. We arrived in Omaha I think at 4:30-5am and finished about 5pm.
