This was a very well organized race with lots of volunteers. The course was out-and-back and quite hilly, but the hills were well graded and easy to run. There were … MORE
This was a very well organized race with lots of volunteers. The course was out-and-back and quite hilly, but the hills were well graded and easy to run. There were both runners and walkers on the course. Starting and stopping at Zuma beach was really nice – it’s a beautiful beach.

This run was great! I love Zuma Beach so much and my father who used to run marathons used to take us here as kids all the time! It was so special to be running at the actual beach where so many memories were made as kids. The medal was gorgeous!

This is a well handled race. It has some rolling hills. The scenery is great and is fully along PCH. I did the VIP package and it was well worth it. I did the massage therapy and leg compression both before and after the race. The IV Hydration was great after the race . Highly recommend,

Cannot wait for the inaugural Malibu Moves 5K & Half Marathon this October! I know it is going to be a fantastic event with gorgeous views. I love, love, love that this race is SO inclusive and that the back of the pack runners will have the same experience as those who cross the finish line first. I know this is the only race that is actually in Malibu and I cannot wait to participate!

The Malibu Moves Half Marathon, 5K & Kids Run course promises stunning views of Malibu’s coastline along PCH, starting at Zuma Beach. The organizers have done a great job ensuring inclusivity for all runners and walkers. Can’t wait for race day on October 27th where everyone can be a part of the party, regardless of their pace. Everyone is welcome AND included to party for 3.1 or 13.1 miles!!
