The course is a double loop, unremarkable and pretty boring. Some hills. But the volunteers, organizers and sponsors make it a very well supported, quality race. Will definitely be back. MORE

This is not a physically demanding course but it is psychologically. There are some spots along the first half of the course lined with spectators. The second half of the course along the highway is solitary. if you like that alone time then this race is for you. If you feed off of the crowd energy you will not like the second of the race. Very few spectators.
