Run the Leesburg 20K & 5K presented by Harris Teeter through scenic, historic Leesburg! Enjoy a rare opportunity to run a longer race during August. See where your summer training has brought your 5K time or test your fitness and stamina in the 20K! This duo event is a great opportunity to race or simply use as a training run as you prepare for a 10 miler, half or full marathon.
All pre-registered runners receive a commemorative T-shirt! All 20K finishers will receive a one-of-a-kind finisher’s medal!
Everyone is invited to join in the post-race party! Enjoy refreshments, music, generous awards and a FREE Kids Fun Run. MacDowell Brew Kitchen will open early to serve runners and families. They are offering drink and meal specials for participants. Please stop by after the race to check out their deals.
The race supports the important local youth programs organized by the YMCA Loudoun County and multiple Loudoun County High School Cross Country Teams.
