Full disclosure, this is my least favorite course in the greater metropolitan area. It’s not hard or anything, it’s just boring as all getout, going out and back by the dogpark (which never actually has dogs in it when I’m racing)…twice. One aid station at the turn around (1.5 miles) is all you really need, but that’s the only person you’ll encounter on this course. Bodies Race Company makes even that enjoyable though. They keep the music pumped and everybody crossing the finish line has the same treats at the end as the first person does. For anybody looking for a generous time limit on a technically easy course, here you go. Bodies swag is always top notch and their medals always have a unique design. This one doubled as a mask and had a nice heft to it.
