Having done this race before, it’s advertised as scenic with a run on Stanley Parks Seawall . So it’s a great course with many spectators cheering you on. Now if they could get this deal with Mother Nature for good weather, well who knows.

This can be a very scenic course which you onto the Stanley Park Seawall , this day however was all rain and of course with the sand on nearby beaches added some mud to the course. The race is capped at 2500. Overall it can be a fast course if you choose to race it.

“The course is well-organized, mostly flat, and has the potential to be fast. However, the drawback is often the weather, which is usually cold and rainy. This can make for a decent race time but not the best race experience. Nevertheless, a nice benefit is the pre and post-race community center, which is just a few steps away from the start and finish lines.”
