Dead Sea Half Marathon is an almost complete downhill course which of course makes it easy. The last 5k do also have a few uphill parts. Runners are brought from Amman downtown to the starting point which is between Amman and the Dead Sea. Unfortunately our bus shuttle was a little late so that we did not have any time between getting out of the bus and starting to run. Once we were running I enjoyed the race, but I did expect it to be a little more scenic than it was.
