The course started off with a nice run around the lake (beach), then on to the bike course with rolling hills around the park with nice views of different lakes, for the run course their was plenty of water stops , great volunteer support and crowd support, Awesome support at the finish line and also plenty of food at the end of the race.

Beautiful scenery, the run was around the man made beach the later in the paved trails. The biking doesn’t disappoint. Know how to and be ready to switch gears on a dime, the hills will pop out at you before you know it. It’s a beautiful ride and the second loop is over before you know it.

This was my first Duathlon, but this was an Awesome Race, the bike route was rolling hills with two loops an beautiful scenery throughout the route, the run was also beautiful and the course was through the park by the beach and just wonderful scenery, the water stops on the run course was well equipped with energy food to keep you going, volunteer support was awesome and friendly, a great Race.
