The Berkeley Adventure Run brings runners and walkers into two East Bay gems: Tilden Regional Park and Wildcat Canyon. Tilden offers something for everyone, including an abundance of coast live oak and eucalyptus trees. Runners can enjoy shady trails broken up by open, exposed sections serving up views of the bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and, on clear days, Mt. Tamalpais. Aid stations are located every 5-7 miles, where participants can load up on fruit, potatoes, and other runner-friendly foods and beverages. This is a fabulous race for runners of all ages and is particularly a great one for those embarking on their first trail-running event.
