I would love to see the return of a longer option (25K) that starts and ends at the same place.
Very poor production

We all met at a middle school to pick up our bibs and were then shuttled to the store at Good Harbor beach. Why couldn’t pick up bibs the night before at a cool bar or restaurant the afternoon before the race? Why could we pick up our bibs at the start? I picked a hotel close to the beach and it was a waste. I was going to bike to the race. The shuttles dropped us all off and it’s a gravel wasteland of a parking lot with portolets. How about water? Gatorade? “It’s on the course” we were told. How about food trucks and coffee? How about music? There was nothing.
The course was on busy roads that were dangerous at times. The sidewalks were cracked and in poor shape with overhanging vegetation and the bike path to run in was about 8” wide with large trucks and cars wizzing passed me.
The scenery through Rockport was great and overlooking cliffs on the way in. I stayed in Rockport for lunch afterwards a cruised around which was fun.
Overall, this race needs attention to make it safe. Seems like the production company YuKan Run (horrible name and color scheme) needs to invest some money to make this better. I won’t do it again. Thank you.

I spent the last half of this race questioning every life choice that lead me to that moment in time! Ok, maybe a touch dramatic, but the hills never stopped. The view of the ocean along the route was FANTASTIC. I would run it just for the view alone, just be prepared to walk funny for a few days! The medal and T-shirt are pretty standard, nothing to go out of the way for. Overall it was a beautiful but challenging course.
