We picked this race to partner with Michigan – Detroit Free Press. Stayed at the Springfield Hotel about 30 minutes from start of race. Race was around Lincoln Park, Nice Pull Over, and Nice Medal. Course was pretty except the Cyclist were mean and rude on the course. Race organizers were very quick to respond with any questions we had.

Vacation Races knows how to do it Right – Mt Rainier is a Beautiful National Park – We arrived on Wed and Hiked on Thursday and Friday. Ran the 5K on Friday Night and the Half Marathon on Saturday – Sasquatch Double came home with 3 very nice medals. Stayed at Whittaker Inn Motel and walked to the start for both the 5K and Half. Weather was gorgeous, it is a tough race with some steep hills but WE Did It!!

Uff Da – We learned a New Word:) Great Race!! We did the 5K on Friday and Half on Saturday – Would have loved to find another Half for the Sunday. This was the 20th Anniversary of Fargo Marathon and the first year after the previous race director passed – Great Tribute to Mark Knutson. Expo/Packet Pick up was open on Thursday and we had no problems – Got a cool jacket for half and t-shirt for 5K. Going home with 3 medals for doing both races. We stayed at the LaQuinta – Nice hotel, hot tub, breakfast and dinner on some nights – Bonus race pictures are Free

Did the 5K and Half Marathon for State #25!! This was an Amazing Experience and Very Emotional!! With your registration you get a free pass into the OKC Memorial Museum!! Very Organized, Lots of Support along the Race, Great Finisher Snacks, Food, Medals and a Bonus finisher shirt. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express – Free Breakfast, Walking Distance to both races and Restaurants. We did the water taxi, cowboy museum, Remington Race Track and Memorial Museum. 10 Stars on this Race!!

Appalachian Series was our First Mainly Marathons and they Exceeded Expectations – West Virginia and Virginia are the same course – you can count for one State – Directors, Food/Snacks, Bling the other Runners are all Amazing and Very Supportive – Logistics for Hotels, Rental Car and Flights is all you have to worry about – Hotels listed: Georgia LaQuinta Inn by Wyndham Macon, South Carolina – Best Western Seneca-Clemson, North Carolina – Fairfield Inn and Suites Asheville Airport, Quality Hotel Bluefield VA (don’t have high expectations but it was the only one close to start) All our Hotels had Free Breakfast, Available Laundry (which was a plus for dirty running clothes)

Day 4 of Series – Race 3 for us – Appalachian Series North Carolina – Stayed at Fairfield Inn – Excellent Hotel and Location – Laundry to wash all the running clothes!! This makes State #22 – Drove in from South Carolina and took the back roads – Beautiful Scenery! Highly Recommend any Race with Mainly Marathons –

We ran The Appalachian Series – First Mainly Marathoners and I can’t say enough good things about this Group of People that Put the Race on and those that run the Series – Absolutely Amazing!! Lot’s of snacks, love the rubber bands, t-shirt was so cool!! We flew into Atlanta, Georgia, rented a car and did Georgia. We will do 5 of the 7 races we already had Alabama and Tenn. We stayed at the LaQuinta by Wyndham just a few miles from the race.

RNR 5K and Half has been on our bucket list as part of Run 50 States! Cool to run in the streets of Vegas and see all the lights – Easy course, a incline toward the last mile. Starts and ends in Downtown Las Vegas – Fremont – Really Cool After party treats are the same as most – chips, banana, water and wine with your ticket

This local race is one of our favorites! Weather was cold and rainy but did not discourage the crowds to downtown Lafayette! Nice run and organized by race directors. Plenty of water stops, good food after the race! #geauxcajuns

Excellent weather!!! Our first cool front after a very hot summer! Course is gorgeous running in Mandeville, La along St Tammany Trace around Lake Pontrachain Beautiful homes along the course. Great Crowd support

Not sure how we are going to get all these Medals Home – But we racked up by doing the Grand Quad and My Better Half picked up even more placing in Age Division in 4 of 5 Races!! Did the 5K and Half in Grand Teton – Picked up Idaho Bear Lake – Yellowstone 5K and Half! = 45.5 Miles! Amazing Adventure – Can’t say enough about Vacation Races – This is a First Class Act with Great Staff, Awesome Races, Over the Top Medals, Shirts and More Swag! This was our First and Won’t be our Last Vacation Race!!!

We did Vacation Races Grand Teton and picked up this race on our way to do Vacation Races Yellowstone to get Idaho State! The Race Director and Staff, Volunteers are Amazing! Nice T-Shirt and fit true to size – Very rare these days! The course is very hilly and the altitude was a challenge for me – but still did better than I thought considering the elevation!

We signed up for the Quad – 5K and Half Grand Teton and 5K and Half Yellowstone and picked up another Half in Idaho in between with Bear Lake. Vacation Races puts on a first class event! The communication is the best I’ve seen in the industry! Expo had lots of good Vacation Races Stuff for purchase and was very organized – We volunteered to earn credits for a future race and really enjoyed! The weather for 5K was cold – Half it was predicted to storm but it held off until after the race! Plenty of water, port o lets, oranges, along the race route. Medals were Beautiful, and we could pick an extra swag we choice a Beach Hoodie – Very Nice!

We paired this with Kentucky Derby Mini Marathon (weekend before) and Flying Pig (day before). We stayed at JW Marriott and when we arrived it seemed everyone in the race was arriving and trying to park so we went across the street to the parking garage also across from packet pick up. It was cheaper and we were in the hotel in no time. Very convenient to start and finish! Expo was bigger than I expected and everything was in your bag – Hat, T-Shirt, Bib and Pins – Nice hat and Long Sleeve Shirt. Weather was beautiful, good crowd support along the race, plenty of water and Gatorade along the course. After race snacks were plentiful and the party looked nice with a band. We couldn’t stay and enjoy because we had to head to Ohio for Flying PIg and check in our Hotel.

We came in on Friday and Stayed at Luxury RV Resort a few blocks from The Hang Out – everything was in walking distance. We rode our bikes to packet pick up. Very impressed with the shirts – We did the Dolphin Challenge – 7K on Saturday Short Sleeve Shirt and Half Marathon on Sunday Long Sleeve Shirt. We received 3 Medals for the Challenge. 7K was out and back on the Gopher Tortoise Trail and The Half ran through the Gulf Shores State Park – Beautiful. The after party was loads of fun at The Hang Out – Great Food, Entertainment and Band! Kudo’s to The Beast Pacers they did an Amazing Job!

3 Days 3 Half Marathons 3 States – One more 2 GEAUX! You will find out what you’re made of but you will enjoy the Absolutely Beautiful Scenery EVERYDAY!!! The Staff are Amazing, everyday you enter the gate you receive breakfast and race swag! Lot’s of Support along the Race Route from Runners! Today was Colorado and I liked this Trail but be prepared for lot’s of Sand – I had to empty my shoes several times during the run. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Cortez – 45 minutes from 4 Corners and 45 minutes from Durango Airport – Very nice, affordable, complimentary breakfast, heated pool and hot tub – 4 Stars!!!

It was Cold and Windy – And we are from South Louisiana!!! But expectations were exceeded from the time we entered the gates from the Staff. The ease of checking in and getting our bibs, shirts, parking, bathrooms, Start of Race and Instructions of Loop. Very Impressed and Highly Recommend!

Great 5K Run! Flat course – one water station – I run with my own so I didn’t stop. 2 Music Areas on Course – One DJ and One Live Band. Had a Live Band at the Finish that was Amazing! Finished 6th in my Age Division and Watched a 95 year old women cross the finish line

Very Well Organized, Expo had some great vendors and the Medal was Awesome! Very impressive and huge! The finish line was packed with lines of great food and drink. We stayed at Downtown RV Park and rode our bikes to the Expo! There was a chance of rain but turned out to be a beautiful day for a run!

Beautiful run along the Gulf Coast watching the Sun rise over the water! Race staff is very friendly and accommodating for your Success! We have run this twice and weather was perfect and then next year it was very cold!

We did Gulf Coast 2 Years in a Row – Year 1 we both did 5K and Half Year 2 did 5K and Husband did his First Full Marathon and I did the Half! Well organized, we received 3 Nice Medals (the crab is a can opener) Weather was great. We stayed at Beau Rivage – you walk across the street to meet the buses and you finish at the Hotel. 2nd year we stayed at Margaritaville – and drove to the Beau Rivage and parked in their parking garage.

Love Florida and Love 30A! You run through all the beautiful Towns and the Beach! Pre Festivities were great with Live Bands and Good Food! Even though it was October it was Hot! We stayed at the start/finish line and our balcony over looked the Festivities. Sorry can’t remember the name

Weather was cold – Lots of Bridges, Hills and Exit and Entrance Ramps. Used to love running RNR Races but the communication is lacking and makes it challenging to make travel arrangements.
