WOW, just WOW! Great job Cowtown! The most swag I think I’ve ever gotten from a race and the longhorn medal was amazing…those horns are sharp! The course was fabulous, went by so fast and the bands were top notch! Enjoyed seeing my 50 state and maniac family there as well:) Our hotel was perfect, organization was amazing, would totally recommend this race to anyone!

Really had a great time in Iowa! Excellent race with easy logistics. No rental car. Stayed downtown and was close to all race starts/finishes. Really great food choices and coffee. Iowa sure knows how to put on a race and party! Great swag and really nice expo! I highly recommend this race! It was state 45 for me and I truly had an amazing time. Thanks to the race director Chris Burch for putting on a spectacular event!

Spectacular area with wild horses and they were so close to the course this year!!! Easy logistics staying in town. Very nice small town race, super friendly volunteers. This course is NOT easy, but if you like to just enjoy running in nature then this is the race for you. We made a vacation out of it, flying into Salt Lake City then heading to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone after the race. A perfect choice for my WY state!

I was super excited to run this in person race and get state #43 completed! It was an easy course through an exclusive neighborhood. It was a bit hot and humid for me, but others seemed to like it! Race director and volunteers were super nice. Could have used ice, oranges, or something besides water and powerade on the course, but I brought my own so was okay. Loved getting the tifosi glasses and shirt at the finish! Overall I recommend for GA! Great job!

This was a dream come true for me! I had saved it for my CO race state and was waiting….well I just decided it was going to be my year! Then COVID hit and I was worried it was not going to be my year……well it was the best year to do it! I had lots of time to train, ran every hill in PA and hoped for the best! It was absolutely amazing!!!! If you are debating….just do it! You never know how you will do unless you give it a try! I was a rock star on the ascent…however what killed me was the downhill! I didn’t train for that and it was hard on my body….but I did it! The town was awesome and just super cute! So much to do, I probably did too much after the race, including the incline and hiking Pikes from the other side a few days later! I guess I’m a mountain junkie;) Loved every minute!!!

Truly trail heaven! This is not an easy race, but totally worth it for the spectacular views! This is a race for those who love to just run…no spectators, no music, just run! Plus you get to visit Theodore Roosevelt National Park! The town of Medora is really cute too! It was a perfect pick for my North Dakota state and I hope others give it a try.

You won’t be disappointed by this choice! Expo was nice and it was fun to do the 5K the day before! It was a superhero theme…and yes we got capes/masks! Who doesn’t need a cape and mask? My kids loved it! Marathon was an okay course, nothing too exciting but nice rolling hills to keep it fun! Logistics are super easy and we stayed 2 blocks from start/finish area. Restaurants were terrific too and lots of choices! Overall a great experience!
