This race is fantastic! The elevation is brutal but I loved how challenging it was. The 12K was a great one to “dip your toes in” and see what the terrain is like; can’t wait to come back again for the longer distances. Aid station was great and volunteers were so nice. Love the little owl medallion I got at the finish! Highly recommend this race! 🙂

This race is fantastic! The trail from Redmond to Lake Sammamish State Park is gorgeous and great for runners of all abilities. The race medal is beautiful and great t-shirts as well! So many awesome vendors at the finish line and plentiful on-time shuttles at the finish line to drive you back to your car if you parked at the start line. Highly recommend this race! 🙂

This trail race was pretty hard but it was still a blast. Lots of hills and muddy terrain to get through. Aid station was great with lots of snacks. Loved the wooden animal magnet you get at the finish line. Evergreen Trails has a different animal for each race this year and it makes me want to collect them all. Definitely coming back for this race next year to conquer those hills again!

The My Better Half is such a fun and festive race! Loved seeing all the festive Valentine’s Day themed outfits on so many runners. Running in the park and along the water was so beautiful. The medal is GORGEOUS. The quarter-zip shirt given to runners fits so nicely and is really lightweight! The finish line has so many fun vendors and a hot oatmeal bar with so many delicious toppings. Totally recommend this race!

So happy that I got to run the inaugural Run the Green Half! The course was awesome and quite flat. Medal was so beautiful and race t-shirt was so cute, as expected with all Orca Running races. All the vendors in the post race area were fantastic. I can’t wait to run it again next year! Highly likely going to make this an annual tradition with my running pals! 🙂

This race is moderately hilly through some cute neighborhoods and along the beautiful waterfront. The start and finish is right on the water which is fantastic. Race shirt and medal are amazing as always. There are so many cute shops and restaurants/cafes/bakeries nearby that after the race, we stayed longer to have a yummy meal and explore all the shops! Highly recommend this race!

Overall production is amazing, scenery is great, medal is always beautiful! The race is a gradual downhill but the last couple miles is more flat, which is always a tough adjustment on the legs. As tough as the last little bit is, I still really love this race. Highly recommend this race!

Ran this race for the first time and loved it, despite the heat wave. The course was an out and back with the first half being slightly uphill and the second half being slightly downhill which I really enjoyed. Parking is plentiful. Medal and T-shirt were both beautiful; Orca Running gives out some great swag. And the post race snacks were fantastic. Overall, loved this race and would totally come back!

2022 was my first time running this race and I absolutely loved it! Such a fun experience having the ferry be the start line. The course had some really hard hills but the beautiful medal at the end was totally worth it! Can’t wait to do it again! Highly recommend this race to everyone!!

Ran this race for the first time today and it was fantastic! The course is mostly along the water so its super pretty. The weather was perfect. The medal is also gorgeous and the t-shirt they gave out is super soft and has a great design! Overall, highly recommend for everyone!

This race is one of my favorites! I love it so much that I ran the Blowhole Challenge 2021, running the race back to back on Sat/Sun. Both days were great! The first 3 miles are in a park/trail environment that included a hill. That part was a little difficult for me as I lean more towards road than trail. But the rest of the race is beautiful and mostly flat. Everyone who works the race, crew and volunteers, are extremely nice and the swag is fabulous! Highly recommend for all runners!
