The views at this race totally make tackling the hills worth it. Wow! Great organization, great post race pancakes and I really enjoyed the course markings.
I’ll be back again as I am still newer to trail running. This was a great first trail race though.

I really like this race. It’s got a great local family feel to it (my kiddos were able to cheer me on) and the lake setting is really cool. I saw the mountains while running on the turns and throughout the course and was able to take it in.
Rain or shine, I’ll keep coming back. Such a great event company, race-director and thought out setup.
