Mostly flat with one last hill before the finish line, it was sunny and windy but could be any type of the weather. It is one of the colder ones. Race production is good and they have cool blown glass medals!

Out and back pretty flat course. They had water and gaterade every 2 miles. Not many spectators but the ones who are there are very supportive. Cool medal and swag – they give long sleeve shirts and a beach towel. Overall great experience.
It was very foggy and not a lot of sun – which worked out great!

It’s a huge run with lots of participants and great support along the course. Definitely gives you that little extra boost of motivation compared to the smaller races. Someone had beer shots closer to the 2nd half of the course – that was super cool!
Getting to the race packet pick up on Friday night kinda sucked: lots of people and long traffic jams but everything was very well organized inside. Figure out your parking before you go there on the race day.
We were in the corral F so even though start was 8am we didn’t actually make it to the start line till about 8:30am (this just tells you again how big this race really is).
The medal is cool and they also gave a winter hat, I’ll definitely wear it while training for my next race!
Overall great experience, flat course and potential for PR (if my back didn’t let me down).

If you plan to run this and don’t feel like dealing with parking – stay in the Marriot right next door – we walked to the start line in less than 6 minutes.

Overall one of the best races so far, wish it was bit less humid but pickle juice and Gatorade on few of the last stations definitely helped.

I’ve signed up for this race before reading the reviews and then I was prepared to die on the course. Mile 4 is where the endless elevation started and I could only walk up the hill.
There was a lot of water stations and just people cheering you up. Only wish they had some ice 🧊 to go along with water and Gatorade.
