-The race director is an excellent communicator
-I did not like the hoardes of public praying people before the race who were part of some very visible evangelical group. Prayer to me is between you and God, not a public show at a race – people who like that atmosphere will find their people ! I will not likely return
-One area of the route smelled like trash because we were close to a dump that still smells even when not in use. I got nauseated.
-I did like the expo and the speakers. The emails were great. The town is great.

Had a blast and worked hard to stay ahead of the sag wagon. A beautiful place to visit for a destination race. I felt welcomed and comfortable at this race, with options to stay locally and great dining. We had a peaceful , scenic long weekend. I liked learning about the history of the area and visiting the local shops.

Well organized regional race with a great cause and fabulous community involvement. Beautiful neighborhoods and scenery. This is a race I have done several times. Many run-walkers in the Jeff Galloway tradition. Friendly to diverse pace groups.
