I have been participating in ETR ultras for several years and the production quality keeps increasing. Katie has surrounded herself with a committed and exceptionally qualified team. I can not downplay the difficulty of this course but the rewards BY FAR balance things out in my favor. I am definitely going back! Thank you, Team Evergreen!

I have been competing in various races (marathon, triathlon, XC skiing, cycling, ultras) for about 50 years and the team at Evergreen Trail Runs consistently put on the best show. It’s the details that matter, such as even giving some visual appeal to the start/finish chute. They are timely and precise in all they do. They could be Swiss… in a good way. This was the third time I ran this event and the course change made it by far the most challenging, living up to the race name. I’ll be back!

The team at Evergreen Trail Runs are dedicated professionals who consistently put on multiple simultaneous races with Swiss precision. But they are not just all business: I overheard so many people share that this was a life-changing event for them. The camaraderie, dedication to perfection and passion of Katie’s team is something that must be experienced in order to appreciate it. This was my third year at Echo Valley and it is already on next year’s calendar.

That was my 3rd time at this event. The fact that Evergreen Trail Runs puts on 5 races that day and pulls them all of graciously is testimony to their organizational skills. Thank you, Team Evergreen! The fact that I personally had an “off day” has nothing to do with the quality of the event. Wonderful volunteers, great aid stations, hot food at the finish line, non-profit support – they do it all!
