Participating in this event was an absolute joy, delivering a remarkably well-supported run with perfectly placed hydration stations offering both cold water and Gatorade along the beautiful park route. Honestly, you simply can’t go wrong with a robust, smooth whiskey waiting for you right at the finish line!What truly elevated this race experience, however, was the incredible volunteer and administrative staff. Even as the skies opened up and a steady rain began to fall, they stayed completely engaged, cheering loudly and ensuring every single runner was supported all the way through until they crossed that finish line. Their infectious enthusiasm and dedication kept our spirits high despite the weather.Overall, it was a fantastic, memorable morning of fitness and celebration. I will definitely do other The Whiskey Run events in the future and highly recommend them.

This was a small race and parking was easy. The race was organized fine. Pretty standard things and they checked the boxes. The course wasn’t especially pretty but it was safe and no complaints about it. I probably wouldn’t run it again but only because I live two hours away from this race. If I was local I’d certainly consider doing this one again. But it’s not one you want to travel for unless you are just going around doing all of the Whiskey Runs.
