This would have been my first race with them. I entered the lottery and got in. I booked one of their blocked rooms over (6) months ago. One month ago I received an email from the hotel that my room was cancelled. To date, one month later, no one from the race reached out to explain why. I had to call the hotel 2-3 times until I was told that the race didn’t follow through with a deposit so the blocked rooms for all participants were cancelled. I was so disappointed with their lack of communication I just requested a refund (1) month ago. I sent numerous online requests on their site and I was never contacted. I had to reach out to Run Sign Up and Let’s Do This on my own for weeks and I just received my registration refund via Zelle today with no apology or call from anyone apologizing for this. I am now reading their poor ratings online and will never participate in their events. Not sure how they still stay in business. What a disappointment.

This race was exactly what I thought it would be. Fun, friendly and full of love for running. The course went through a lot of iconic key west spots and than along the beautiful water. The timing of the water and Huma drink stations were perfectly timed and made for a nice reprieve while getting toasty on the run.
The ending of the race was EPIC!!!!! The MC for the event was so welcoming and than getting a custom necklace from a dude in a suit, just perfect!!!!!!
There is absolutely no way you want to miss this race. The party at the end is fun and do full of positive energy. This is a bucket list race for sure 🌴🌴🌴🌴

What an amazing running experience! The course was beautiful, I loved running along the beach. The start/finish area was festive with a lovely post celebration. Food looked delicious and the mimosas were a very nice touch. The race shirt and finisher’s necklace were awesome. All of the volunteers were welcoming and helpful. I truly cannot think of anything that was missing. While this wasn’t my first half marathon, it was my first visit to Key West and this event will contribute to my desire to return. Great job and thank you!

This is my second time doing a race with USA Women’s. The races are well planned, the energy along the course is incredible, and the support is unmatched. I’ve done many other races but now know that I prefer to do these races because they are truly first-class experiences! Keep up the great work. As long as you continue to deliver an amazing running experience, you will have a dedicated runner like me who will register for your next race. Highly recommended!

I think I already submitted a review but honestly, it’s worth taking the time to repeat. I have run many different races in many states and different lengths. This race was by far the best race I have ever run. I have told everyone in my running group and family about this race. From the bib pick-up the day before, to the morning of, the race course and after race festivities and awesome swag, this race was well-organized and a classy event. The motivation, the excitement and the overall feeling of achievement was palpable. If you have any doubts as to if this is a should I shouldn’t I race…the answer is you should. This is a bucket list race for sure.
