The North Face Endurance Challenge returns to Algonkian Regional Park, Great Falls Park and the Potomac Heritage Trail. The course keeps runners on their toes with ever-changing terrain. The course consists of mainly single and double track with a few spots of carriage road in the mix.

This course was wonderful, much of it was smooth and runnable. The views of the landscape were beautiful, coming around to the Great Falls in the park was a wonderful pick-me-up. The volunteers were super, aid stations well stocked and the shuttles/parking were organized. This was my 4th ultra, it is a light trail run compared to many others, highly enjoyable!

Chose this race as my first Marathon and it was definitely a challenge but overall, really enjoyed myself! Views on the course were great, ran through lots of trails. Aid along the course was also really good. Finish line festivities were really fun and there was a good spread of food.
