This is a straight down and back 2.5 miles each way. It has a water/Gatorade station right before the turn around so you can hit it up either before/after or both if needed. It was a manually timed event but well organized and they had nice SWAG to go along with it. This is part of the Tidewater Strider Grand Prix this year and is the start to their spring running festival where the next day was the 1/2 and full marathons and if you did this event and either the 1/2 or full and you registered as the challenge you got an additional medal. I got 2nd in my age division in this event so there was another medal awarded for that, they also had top overall and master awards in which were very nice!!!
