This race is set in a cute little town in Idaho with a beautiful lake that is the backdrop for 3/4 of the race. Flat course, 2 gradual hills in the middle but nothing crazy……decent swag, decent medal…easy to get to from Spokane, WA…great spot to check the 47th state for me!
A solid local race

Spring Dash is a almost entirely flat and scenic out-and-back run in Coeur d’Alene from McEuen Park, past Sanders Beach and out to the Coeur d’Alene Golf Course. The return route follows the same path. Normally it is held two weeks prior to Bloomsday in Spokane, but due to Easter this year it was held just one week prior.
