This was a nice small-ish event.
Entry fee was reasonable (I did a three race package deal)
Swag – T-shirt – Finisher medal – place pin if you were top three. T-shirt and medal both Halloween themed.
Smaller event – around 500 over three distances (5k, 10k, & half).
Event was at a park. Good parking options at the park and also a short walk away at a local school.
Course was an out and back for all distances with the half doing two laps. Flat course on a paved trail through park land.
Course support – water/gatorade every 1.5 miles.
Post race – snacks and water.
Not the most upbeat event but overall it was good. They had a costume contest but I was still out in the course and by the time I finished most had left the event with the mayor the runners in the 5k.
