Make the annual Rail Trail 10K Race from Shoreline Sharks a fall tradition! The 10K course is 100% on the Rail Trail with no cars and no street crossings. Flat and picturesque out-n-back running through Fall’s natural beauty. The Start and Finish is the same as the Hamden Hills Half Marathon & Flat 5K which is the Sherman Avenue Rail Trail lot in Hamden across from the Quinnipiac University York Hill Campus.

It was a beautiful and peaceful run through the trees with fall foliage, a couple of small hills and a relatively small race – people wise. Easy route, out and back, one water / Gatorade station at miles 2.4 and 3.8. The people were great. The medal was well designed.
