The race time changed and it was my own fault I didn’t see it. My husband and I got to check in as everyone else started. The organizers were nice enough to let us start running. We both took off just holding our race bibs: it will be a race to remember! We came to CT for a vacation and to see the fall leaves. This course is gorgeous in the fall and had no real hills. Fun course overall.

It was a beautiful and peaceful run through the trees with fall foliage, a couple of small hills and a relatively small race – people wise. Easy route, out and back, one water / Gatorade station at miles 2.4 and 3.8. The people were great. The medal was well designed.
