    I do not recall running near or next to any lakes. Most of this race course is on a road where drivers are driving. No roads were closed and I thought it was a huge distraction. I did achieve a personal best but maybe because each runner received a free beer at the finish line. Not my favorite race but I did well so that’s what matters.
