It was a beautifully overcast morning so the conditions were perfect for running. I docked a point for scenery simply because it was cloudy and we couldn’t see much, but I’m sure it’s normally incredibly beautiful! It was such a well organized race; Amanda was fantastic! I had so much fun on the trails with my friends and I am looking forward to racing this every year!

It was a beautifully overcast morning so the conditions were perfect for running. I docked a point for scenery simply because it was cloudy and we couldn’t see much, but I’m sure it’s normally incredibly beautiful! It was such a well organized race; Amanda was fantastic! I had so much fun on the trails with my friends and I am looking forward to racing this every year!

It was so well organized from the start: easy parking, bib pick up, hydration aid, etc. Course was well marked, although there was one section that was confusing, ribbons were lost and I ended going the wrong way not for too long. I went back and found the way. It was 3 loops so by the time you run it again you know where to go. They took many photos that they sent for free. So much good food available at the finish; in other words it was an amazing experience. I’ll be back next year.
