Race to the Top of Vermont

Every August the Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont draws as many as 800 hikers, bikers, and runners from across the U.S. and Canada to climb Mt. Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak. The course climbs up the historic Mansfield Toll Road, is 4.3 miles in length, and climbs 2,564 ft. For some it’s all about trying to achieve a fast time up this tough 4.3 mile course. For others… they come to test themselves, and to enjoy the spectacular views.

This event also includes a Youth Run For Fun which is a 1 or 2 kilometer trail run for kids 4-14 years of age. Everyone is a winner, and all of the kids will receive a medal for participating in this fun event aimed at introducing children to the joys of running. The Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont will be limited to the first 800 registered participants. The entry fee includes a high quality tech shirt, post race BBQ feast, and over $15,000 in raffle prizes. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Northeast Delta Dental Race To The Top Of Vermont isn’t only for those individuals driven to train 7 days a week or those blessed with outstanding genetics. This is an event for Everyone. That doesn’t mean the Race To The Top is going to be easy. It’s not. It means this course will challenge you, and test you. But, with enough determination, and a little grit, you will succeed. You will make it to the Top of Vermont, and you will be inspired by your success and the success of all of those around you.
