The Noble Canyon 50k is run each year in the beautiful mountains in east San Diego county. The race is a USATF sanctioned event which is run on National Forest land. It was very nice having differing sceneries along the course: Pine trees, rocks, sand, a lake, and some hills but not a lot elevation change. There was not loop, and it didn’t get boring. It was cool this year, which (I was told) was unusual. Few, but well stocked aid stations along the course.
