Wonderful half
Good pacing, love the scenery. Water station good. Overall atmosphere was awesome. Nice weather 65. Overall a good half marathon to try. Family support MORE

The course wasn’t too difficult but kind of boring. Second part of half was on winding paved bike trails which made it kind of Ho hum. There were plenty of aid stations with enthusiastic workers handing out drinks. Lots of crowd support at finish line. Finish line refreshments consisted of the typical water, sports drink and bananas. Expo was pretty much a waste and the shirt would’ve been nice if it didn’t include a hood. I mean a long sleeve tee shirt with a hood??? Maybe it’s a younger generation thing but to me I think they’re awful. All in all it just a very plain race.
