A very flat and fast run with about 5 miles of running over water on the outflow of Lake PDO. They need to stagger the half marathon and 10K further apart because the faster 10k and slower half marathon runners got super clogged up in the first mile or two.
A fairly small race with not much of food, snacks, or finish line celebration. I think it would be better if some local baked goods company could be employed to provide finish line refreshments.

It’s not a very big race so it makes getting around other runners easy. It is very peaceful and as a lot of beautiful scenery. Everyone a met and talked with at the race was very nice too. Over all if you don’t want the chaos of a big race and enjoy nature this is a great race. Plus it’s pretty flat.
Scenery good, support bad
Scenery was gorgeous and route was fun. Logistics was poor. Hardly any bathrooms along the route and they ran out of water and cups at the end of the race. MORE
