There was an 8 mile loop and a half marathon route. I ran the eight miles and the majority of the run was around Lake La Belle in Oconomowoc. I stayed with my brother who lives in town and getting checked in was easy. The course was flat with the lake on your left and there were a few water stations. The finish line is right on the beach.

There was an 8 mile loop and a half marathon route. I ran the eight miles and the majority of the run was around Lake La Belle in Oconomowoc. I stayed with my brother who lives in town and getting checked in was easy. The course was flat with the lake on your left and there were a few water stations. The finish line is right on the beach.

The volunteers were awesome, it had a good variety of scenery, the emcee was hilarious! Compared to other races the entry fee was very affordable. I would absolutely run it … MORE
