Kalona Days Fun Run/Walk

The Kalona Days Fun Run/Walk navigates through the quaint rural town, starting and ending in the downtown area. The 1 mile race is flat, great for kids or walkers. The 5K adds a little incline as runners go through the north end of town.

Both races are timed and 50% of the registration fees will be donated to the Parkinson Foundation.

T-shirts will be given to all pre-registered runners. T-shirts guaranteed to first 25 runners the morning of the race.

Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female in the 1 Mile and 5K. Medals will be given to the top 3 places in each division.
