This is a local run put on during the Berkshire Hathaway shareholders meeting. Most of the participants are shareholders and fund managers. About 3000 people participated this year. This is not an overall competitive event but there are a few speedy runners. The course starts in front of the TD Ameritrade Center and runs through downtown Omaha. The course has some slight elevation but the finish is down hill. Nice tech shirt and medals to everyone. Minimal amount of food and drink afterwards. If you happen to be in Omaha for the shareholders weekend, this is a well organized event.
