The Huntsville 10 Mile race is the marquee distance of the Texas10 Series. It will be a two loop 5 mile course. The course will traverse through the streets of Huntsville throughout the campus of Houston State University. The 10 Mile race will be part of the Race To The Armadillo Cup. Each event will offer eight $100 cash prize drawings for all 10 mile finishers. The race will award prizes three deep in the age group breakdown and runners will receive a custom technical shirt and a finisher’s medal.
The 5 Mile race will offer runners a shorter distance in the Texas10 Series. It will be a one loop course and will serve as the first loop of the 10 mile course. Runners will qualify for cash giveaways by finishing the race. We will offer four $50 cash prize drawings for all 5 mile finishers. The race will award prizes three deep in the age group breakdown and runners will receive a custom technical shirt and Finisher’s Medal.

Well organized. I was disappointed that to find out the day before when and where packet pick up was. Use to other events emailing and posting all over FB. But not a big issue. Crazy hills! I enjoyed and everyone was friendly. I ended up doing packet pick up at the event and it was very organized and smooth. I did appreciate everyone following the COVID protocols.
