With how cold it gets in February this is a great race to plan for to keep your running fresh. The course is a little hilly in the beginning with a majority of the race over paved road. There’s a small section in the middle where you go over grass and a little section of gravel a little before the end as you go around the barn. The hot chocolate at the end is a great treat but there’s other free snacks available and vendors with food that you can purchase. The environment is super fun and it’s a pretty solid race overall.
