The HSS Greenwich Cup Half Marathon is the newest addition to the Threads & Treads Race Series with its inaugural race in April of 2013. The 13.1 mile course is designed to give you extra speedy times with few hills. The route begins at Greenwich (Tod’s) Point and winds through surrounding suburban roads.
This is a USATF certified half marathon course that runs through scenic Old Greenwich, CT. The course is similar to last year’s event with a smooth out and back finish. The course will have FIVE water stops and three on-course bathrooms, as well as additional bathrooms prior to the event, as we’re expecting a record crowd. GU gel packets will be provided at Mile 2.1 & Mile 11, Ultima Electrolyte Replenisher will also be provided before, during, and after the event. All finishers will receive a custom HSS Greenwich Cup Medal, BAW Athletic Race Shirt, & goodie bag. With Marshals and police at every turn, the course is still open to cars so please stay to the right when possible.
