Grandpa’s Wishbone Run Kent, WA   Nov 29, 2019

Run the Wishbone Run trail marathon along the Green River Trail the day after Thanksgiving and avoid all the crowds at the mall. A tour of the majestic industrial parks along a meandering waterway will be much more pleasant.

The new Start/Finish will now be at the 3 Friends Fishing Hole Park running South on the Green River Trail to Foster Park and back, once for the Half and twice for the Full with an out and back to the North for the 50k. The race starts at 7:30 a.m.

There will be an aid station at the turnaround point. There will be water and Gatorade available on the course. A porta potty will be available at the start and the turnaround. Other amenities are a possibility, but not certain! Check back closer to race day. (Please NO LITTERING!)

Parking is somewhat limited, so please think about carpooling.

If you want to bring some food to share with others after the event, that would be wonderful. It’s all up to you. Hopefully there will be a bumper crop of huckleberries so that we can have pancakes again.
