A one-off race in Akron as part of the 9th Gay Games in neighbouring Cleveland. The only gay about this race were the runners. But although this was something of a snooze of a race, I’d recommend the Gay Games events in general as wonderfully empowering for gay and lesbian athletes in general.

A one-off race in Akron as part of the 9th Gay Games in neighbouring Cleveland. The only gay about this race were the runners. But although this was something of a snooze of a race, I’d recommend the Gay Games events in general as wonderfully empowering for gay and lesbian athletes in general.
