Friendsgiving Half Marathon, 10K & 5K Springfield, OR   Nov 30, 2019

Spend the Saturday after Thanksgiving running with your friends and family! The Mill Race Path is a new paved path in Springfield that connects with the Middle Fork Path. The races start and finish at the new Mill Race Path Trail Head in Springfield. Runners and walkers are welcome! Half marathon course accommodates a 4 hour half marathon (that’s 18:18 per mile). 10K and 5K participants should plan to finish within 2 hours.

The Half Marathon is a paved course on a new path and Middle Fork Path that follows the Willamette River, flat with gradual incline/decline.
