This is a fairly easy course but what makes the event is tha the Kanagawa Running Association teams withe the military to host an event with food vendors and entertainment. This year it was a Hawaiian Festival. If you are military or have SOFA status your registration is free however you must sign up during the established time lines with MWR at Camp Zama. The course is flat with either exception of a couple of over passes and it’s a looped course. This year was hot as the race didn’t start until 10 am so hopefully they will adjust for an earlier start time in the future. Not much swag as you receive a towel with your entry however after the race is a full entertainment with food. A race to continue relationships with the local Japanese people and the U.S Military.
